“SALE OFFICE” competition
Starting 2012, we have invited from developer to join closed competition. Programming is quitly simple about selling activity.Situation that we want to propose to them is “the Bridge”. Bridge structure is very interesting, It provide long space without any column, flexible hall.At the same time on the ground floor only a few support structure, I would be have a lot of activities.
With a long way structure of “the bridge” that we decided to use, along the site, we must to find somethings to attractive people who walk pass to subway. “Moire effect” is the effect that we would like to put on the bridge facade. We hope the people will see “moire effect” when they walk pass this architecture.In another idea, moire effect structure that attractive people outside should be done with user inside space,too
We have studied many form that will make “moire effect” at least we have choose this(picture above) then we put in to bridge.Although It look like stupid way that we bring bridge form and put moire effect on architecture but for this project, we tried to find and purposed that way of “sale office architecture” should be to ; make hall space for interesting way for display or give space under sale office to public people or for sale events. Especially concern about this site character that lay along business road, we think architecture should have interaction with people who came around more than just want to sell condo space, In the same way that they keep drop huge building on city with out concerned about site or people around there T_T

“TWIN HOUSE”
After “Sukjai Retail shop” that we proposed in last year, At the beginning of 2012, They have asked us again! For this time they have 16×16 m. space land then they would like prototype of twin house for study about their market.
Programming of “Twin House” isn’t fix just use every square meter liveable. But! for us it not our core idea for this project. “Twin” for us in this project isn’t a siamese twin but It just two body that look like to be same.
It should be inverted in each other, liked “angle and demon” if u already read, so this house will be have same body of architecture but interior or space criteria inside will differently.
Anyway we have lesson from “Sukjai Retail Shop” that we mustn’t over design for them, If we done, they will be not except our idea then project will “PUT ON HOLD” or “CANCLE”. This time we try to designed simple mass have lean to roof instead of flat slab ( that we like!) then we hope they will appreciate for quite simple prototype of our “TWIN HOUSE”

“SUKJAI” RETAIL
Sukjai retail shop, according to Sukjai village has build in Prageanburi, Client have land space in front of village so he asked our for proposed program and image of architecture that should be.
We proposed “retail” program for support villager, like restaurant or convenience store, in this case we mean “local restaurant or 7-11″ not super chic restaurant liked “urban retail” in capital.
Over 4,825 Sqm. we manage 25 retail store, 2 convenience store but we don’t put same 25 retail with same size, we tried to have many size of 25 store for flexibility (but so hard to sell).
We believed situation that we have suggested, will be make more interesting things for Villager.
In architecture criteria, “along court to court , chit and chat” is main idea for designed layout from rectangle site plan. Sukjai retail shop have 3 courtyard around by variety retail store on ground floor villager can walk straight through-
-And they could get in all along side,We hope this situation will make loose circulation for make possibility that Villager could have surprise meeting, neighborhood conversation, that the goal of this project.

“CHANGE” with HOUSE 49
Take a long time from “K’Oad House” to my new project. HOUSE 49 come from my friend, he pass through to me, thanks you “KEN”!
“CHANGE” is my keywords for this project, maybe it will be simple word with renovating architecture or interior, usually we’ll change it mostly, or not?
But for me, “House 49″ is done more. I start with client demand that she want to have blah blah blah blah so so so so many things so I decided to break it all
like take off all clothes put their skin less for skeleton.

It never change from “NKY” resident section, I truly disappoint with my design practice. It like when u hate someone maybe that one will be inside your mind already. I spend a lot of time with HOUSE49 a lot for take me shift from someone signature, I’ll be happy if it’s beautiful like that “man” done.
Progress of HOUSE 49 is “waiting”!!! like many project before that i give up already so so so so painful, anyway I wish H49 won’t be like other project, What happen in this year? why why why…t I think about that all the time about “not good enough” or my aggressive with client or “tell the truth?” “too expensive…(oh come on!)” or blah blah blah blah blah……

K’OAD HOUSE
Now i just retire my self from DBALP, I have a free time for a while before I’ll start working with “SUPER MACHINE” (WOW!! my dream come true!!) I’ll describe this project shortly, It’s come from my best friend : she’s owner of “NO PLAIN NO GAIN” that i posted her showroom before, Client is designer so he send plan layout to me. well…it’s very helpful for me that client was understand what he wanted, so I just follow his concept but I just redesign about this house should have good perspective from inside must to be concerned.
This schematic is purposed design, I just looking for what client wanted. and his style, ETC. And now my situation that I told before i just retire so I choose “DBALP style” for my first purposed design, have many condition for this reason ^^ but actually is not my personal reason that I love and like DBALP ^^
Anyway you could see in plan layout is come from client that he want every room look like terrace so you’ll see terrace has appeared on every floor.Water closet is special one for this project, he really want wc has been shared so you will see it was placed like a building core.

Project is on “Purposed Design progress”, I really hope it can be through to prelim design as soon as possible ^^ have many condition that client will be decision but no mater what it’ll be it okay for my practice!
PS. for long time that i told every one that I will posted picture “NKY showroom” when it finished. I didn’t come to snap any photo yet! T_T because of my time and my photographer time is not on dated that we want so….please wait (have really fans?) thanks.
NO PLAIN NO GAIN: THE FIRST SHOP
“NO PLAIN NO GAIN” is new brand that design and mange by my best friend. This shop will open @ “SUAN LUM NIGHT BAZZAR”. IF you know about political in my country you’ll know this place is so risk from “RED PROTESTER”. So this project will reduce budget for while but it must be opening as soon as possible.
From many image that her choose with condition of many things then we start working in this long weekend, just organize the clothes rack and decorate walls with not expensive material but not too cheap (one of her condition) and put mirror glass with another side for make this store like a “Fitting room” (That’s the point). This store size is 2250 mm. x 1900 mm. and budget is 15,000-18,000 bath is so challenge for me.

Tadao Ando, He’s my idol architect no matter what he isn’t fashionable like many famous architect but i very respect him as man who fight for his dream.In my project NKY showrrom, I don’t forget to put my hero on my first design like this ^^

It is our work for this year, after “Construction drawing” is finished at last year then we start to discuss about interior design with client what the way it will.For now, Interior design was finished in construction drawing already with associate by NZ (Gori) thanks a lot!! and “GREEN BOX” for 3d advised.

NKY project is my old project from last year, Now it’s must to be open before 21 December, Our worker try hard all day and night for rush everything on time (many mistake,too!!)
